Development and Communication

We rely on a two-fold concept of scientific consultancy and science communication for socioenvironmental and human development projects.
We believe that the social projection and appropriation of development interventions can only be achieved by ensuring their understanding by wider audiences, through media and languages capable of connecting and reaching out to people.

Socioenvironmental Consultancy

The platform mobilizes on-demand different members of a network of professionals from the social, medical, and natural sciences,  which assist clients by assessing and helping to overcome the challenges faced by development initiatives. Our consultants' expertise in research, community work, and institutional cooperation will serve to build pathways to facilitate a holistic understanding of the social, cultural, ecological, and political contexts of places and situations where development interventions are planned. This is based on an ethnographic approach aimed at researching and understanding the perspectives of different groups of people involved:  communities, authorities, workers, technicians, and professionals, and subsequently designing strategies to manage conflict and create a participatory and synergic environment between the different stakeholders. 

Scientific Popularization, communication design 

A transversal axis of our platform is communication, translation and popularisation of technical and scientific contents in various formats: exhibitions, publications, video, in order to ensure the reaching out of development initiatives to wider audiences. 

A philosophy underpinning the platform rather than a connected service, it relies on the conviction that the only way to ensure the social projection and appropriation of development interventions, transformation projects, and scientific and technical knowledge, is to make them understood by wider audiences.
